The West Stockbridge Historical Society will host the renowned Daryl Lowery Quartet in concert at the Old Town Hall, 9 Main Street, West Stockbridge, on Saturday, June 11, at 8 pm. Tickets are available at the Historical Society's website www.weststockbridgehistory.org.
The Quartet features saxophonist and composer Daryl Lowery; Mary Ann McSweeney, acoustic bass; Gilson Schachnik, keyboard; and Mark Walker, drums. Click here for more information about the performers. The mission of the West Stockbridge Historical Society is to preserve and promote the history and culture of West Stockbridge through research, programming, and community involvement. The Society presents benefit concerts throughout the year to help raise funds for the restoration of the 1854 Old Town Hall. The Old Town Hall was, in times past, a site for community events, programs and concerts, and the Society's goal to preserve this tradition will benefit current and future generations. |

This program is supported in part by a grant from the West Stockbridge Cultural Council, a local agency, which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
