Chamber Music Series

What could be better than the BSO at Tanglewood in the summer? How about our Old Town Hall in December when the West Stockbridge Chamber Players fill the performance hall with the sounds of a Brahms or Mozart concerto?

The West Stockbridge Chamber Players have performed benefit concerts for the West Stockbridge Historical Society since 2010. Led by clarinetist Catherine Hudgins, the Chamber Players’ artistic director, the group is made up of Boston- and Berkshire-based musicians who regularly perform with the Boston Symphony, Boston Pops, Spoleto Festival, and the Portland Symphony.  Many have homes and close ties to our community. 

 

The Chamber Players have played a key role in helping to turn the Old Town Hall into a community gathering place for world-class music.
